✅ Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Non-returnable items: Customised products, hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., socks or mouthguards), and clearance items unless defective.
🔄 Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or received the wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We’ll assist with an exchange, subject to stock availability.
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is incorrect or damaged, SportsApp will cover the return shipping and re-delivery.
📬 How to Start a Return
- Email us at sales@sportsapp.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, your exchange or refund will be processed.
