Returns Policy

At SportsApp, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Non-returnable items: Customised products, hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., socks or mouthguards), and clearance items unless defective.

🔄 Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We’ll assist with an exchange, subject to stock availability.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is incorrect or damaged, SportsApp will cover the return shipping and re-delivery.

📬 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at sales@sportsapp.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, your exchange or refund will be processed.
